The boy, George Folley, also of Greece, is under the care of a physician as the afaer- math of his ordeal, said to have been witnessed by five other boys with whom he had been swimming. Cromwell was arrested yesterday by députy sheriff on a warrant sworn to by Mrs. Eva Folley, the boy's mother. The reputed torture is said to have been inflicted as the result of Cromwell's failure to wring from the boys an admission that they built the fire. .
