The Field Day Shield was won hy 1D by a lead of four points over JAC In the BOW, our hoys gave a good wecount of themselves but most of the points won hy the school were due to the fine work of the girls, This year boys and girls events were practieally on par in the BOW, for the first time, By thelr splendid performance our girly more than Justified thelr elndm to recognition of thelr athletic prowess, from the so called muscular sex, About. the end of November the girly' Basketball season started, Each form played at least two games in the inter form series and enthusiasm ran high, 3B won the tournament hy defeating 5A In To us was intrusted the supply of all lumber-- flooring--hardwood and softwood trim--doors-- panelling--millwork etc. for the new Technical School.
