THURSDAY, AUGUST 27 9.30 a.m.--Delegates will assemble at the station to welcome Earl Jel- licoe and his party. Reception by Legion officials and civil and military authorities. Cuard of honor of Oshawa Branch Canadian Legion. The band of the Ontario Regiment will also be on parade. Parade of delegates from Station to the Memorial Park, Jed by Band of the Ontario Regiment, On arrival at Memorial Park, there will be a brief memor- jal and decoration service, cond d by Captain the Rev. Ernest Harston, in the course of which the official wreath will be placed on the Memorial by Earl Jeticor, Admiral of the Fleet, and Grand President of the Bri- tish Empire Service League. After the decoration ser- vice, delegates will march to the convention hall, where TO ALL MY COMRADES IN ONTARIO: This year is one of the most momentous and' important in the history of the Canadian Legion, for we welcome to Canada Earl Jellicoe and the British ire Service League delegates from the Mother Country and the Dominions beyond the seas. Band of the Ontario Regiment will be in attendance, At this banquet, past presidents' badges will be presented to the past provincial presidents of the Ontario Com- mand, and trophies will be presented to the branches and zone representatives winning them in the 1931 mem- bership campaign.
