He was the last president of the Bay of Quinte Conference of the Metho- dist Church and the first president of the United Church Conference. Rev. Mr, Barrett was on the Hamp- ton circuit 1911-1915. His pastorate was productive of great good and results of his labors continue in the lives of many true friends today. A brother, Louis Barrett, resides at Ringwood, Ontario.
