E, E, Presson, Scottish coun- terpart of a Canadian bush pilot, is the centre of a controversy involv- ing Scottish rights, nationalization and mercy flights. : For 15 years he operated an ait service .in the misty Highlands be- tween Aberdeen, Inverness, Wick and Kirkwall, Orkney Islands.
