ASKS MORE POLICE Toronto, Aug. 6.--(CP) -- Chief Constable John Chisholm of Toron- to, said Thursday the city's police force, now numbering 1,177 mem- bers, needs an additional 400 and 500 men. YY le -- 68 TRAFFIC FATALITIES Toronto, Aug. 6 -- (CP) --Hizgh- ways Department officials said Thursday that 68 traffic fatalities had occurred in the province dur- ing July--nine more than the month's average for the past '10 years.
