Liberals Will Maintain War-Deterring Defence By HAROLD MORRISON LONDON, Ont. (CP) -- Prime Minister St. Laurent, making his second appeal for Ontario's vote on Aug. 10, has called on Canada * to continue her defence build-up, despite the Korean truce.
