THE COTTON CABOCHON Little jewels of hats are the ideal toppers to complement the romantic costumes for late spring and summer this season. The sil- houettes are small but very fem- inine and romantic and are de- signed to grace both daytime and after-five clothes, This one is made of pristine white blistered cotton and is a most becoming pillbox. It has a pearlized rose and a tiny spear-quill for front accent. A sun ray motif of white dots at either side points up the fine veil. -- By TRACY ADRIAN. CUT TO FIT Ar By ANNE ADAMS Half-sizers!
