Last year 4,091 meals were delivered to those living in all areas of the township. This 'number was up from the 1990 total of 3,783. The meals are prepared at Community Memorial Hospital and the Community Nursing Home in Port Perry. Volunteers deliver the meals three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Clients can have two meals delivered each day, allowing them to reheat a meal for the day when meals are not deliv- ered, Mrs. Imperial added.
