Other provinces will show small- er increases except for Saskatchewan where a marginal decline is ex- pected. Sales of existing homes are expected to rise slightly by more than 5 per cent both in 1992 and 1993. The gradual recovery and concentrated activity on the first-time home buyer market should re- sult in only marginal price. increases.
