Geer, one of the smaller foruenys at 511", 160 pounds, played his minor hockey days locally. Last season he played for the Port Perry Midget 1team. He said he wanted to play with the local MoJack club because of the higher caliber of hockey Junior C offers. Geer, 18 years of age, thinks this year's Port Perry MoJack team is going to be a very fast and hard working team. Geer said we will have to wait and see what he adds to this year's team chemistry. One thing Geer will offer to this year's team is that he is a hard working forward. The 19-year-old Oshawa native played his minor hockey days in the Oshawa AAA league. He also played some Junior B in Ajax. Barkwell, 5'9", 175 pounds brings some scoring punch to the team, coming off a 33-goal, 39- assist campaign in 1995. He also served 208 minutes in penalties. Barkwell, who said he came to play for the ModJacks because of its reputation of being a good organization, thinks this year's team is looking very | good so far. Barkwell, a hard worker, said his shot and hard work along the boards will be his greatest asset to the team. Stirling, who hopes to offer some leadership to the rookies on this year's team, said his greatest assets to the team are his speed and forechecking abilities. The 6', 175-pound defenseman who played minor hockey in Trenton and Frankford also played Junior A. Foster also brings some offensive attack from the blue line scoring 24 goals and adding 17 assists last season. He says this year's team is an excellent bunch of guys who are bound to go far. Foster also offers speed and a hard shot and hopes his strong defence and toughness on the line helps the team to be successful. The 18-year-old centreman played for the @ Port Perry Midget 1 squad E11 last season where he contributed offensively, scoring 30 goals and adding 36 assists. He played minor hockey in Port Perry and also played a season with the Central Ontario Select AAA league. LeFort, one of the smaller players on this year's MoJack roster, stands 5'7" and weighs 154 pounds. LeFort, who was attracted to the MoJacks' team colors thinks this year's team is powerful and talented. LeFort said he is not sure what he will offer to this year's team, but his speed is definitely an asset. Hometown Proud! Vivian, 20 years of age, also played Junior A - hockey. He was attracted to the Port Perry MoJack organization because of the hard work and dedication that it puts into its team every year. Last season Vivian contributed four goals and four assists for the local team. Vivian is looking forward to playing with this year's team which he said looks to have a good nucleus of players.
