That's right: We're putting out the call now for your sub- missions to the Star's Third Annual Photo Contest. We've got cash prizes of $100 for the winning entries in each of three categories: People, Places and Pets. Honeydale W.l. plans for Annual By Mary Cannon Honeydale Institute held their meeting on Thursday, May 1. New president Madeline Ar- nott ably chaired the meeting. Roll Call was "Ways to Publicize the Women's Institute." Six- teen members replied giv- ing their suggestions. Minutes of the April meet- ing were read by Jean Car- nahan and accepted as read. Treasurer Mary Van Hamm gave her report showing a favorable bal- ance. Plans are going ahead for our District Annual on Thursday, May 22 at the Latcham Centre. The 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the W.I. will be celebrated and the convention to be held in Hamilton in June. After business matters were taken care of the meeting was turned over to the P.R. Committee. Motto was "In the heart of the club is the promise of spring."
