The day began well, with the help of the Salvation Army lending us their "Meals On Wheels" truck for the day. The meal served was chicken noodle soup and veg- etable soup, prepared by Port Perry's Cooking Class, donated warm buns, coffee, juice and hot chocolate. Christmas music played in the background, giving the whole occasion a festive air. An estimated 250 people were fed and clothed.
