There will be dozens of vendors presenting all aspects of herbs from culi- nary and medicinal used to crafts, fresh potted herbs, herb books and ideas for your herb garden. Speakers will be pres senting talks on: Making your own herbal tinctures, Victorian herb gardens, - Cooking with herbs, Getting the most from herb books and Understanding dandelions. There will be a children's activity area and a presentation for helping children to appreciate herbs in our herb garden. As well, a herbal lun- cheon will be served in the museum's Tea Room. Lunch consists of grilled lemon tarragon chicken with wild rice and bean salad, cheesecake with mango coulis and lemon- ade, tea or coffee, all for only $5. the Scugog Shores Museum Village features 10 authentically restored buildings which are staffed . with costumed interpreters. There will be demonstra- tions of pioneer crafts including spinning and weaving, blacksmithing, gardening, harness mak- ing, and butter making.
