A good time was enjoyed by all that attended the euchre at the hall on Friday evening. Prize win- ners were for ladies - Mary Drewery, Doris Hill and Verna Smith. Gents prizes were won by Cliff Rodd; Harry Hill and Glen Till. Lucky draws were won by Eleanor Crawford, Verna Draper and Ruby Dusty. Next euchre will be Friday, Aug. 13. Sympathy is extended to the relatives of Mrs. Evelyn Michie of Little Britain who passed away at Lindsay hospital on July 16. Visitation and funeral was con- ducted from Mackie Funeral Home in Lindsay. The church service on Sunday was held in the Sunday School Room where it was much cooler. We enjoyed the "Ministry of Music' when Tina Raines sang Amazing Grace. There will be Vacation Bible Camp at Greenbank Church, Aug. 16 to 20 for ages three to 12 years. Sylvia and Alva Rollins from Cobden, Ont. visited Greenbank Church on Sunday. to renew old memories. Sylvia is the daughter of Rev. Kippen, who was the min- ister at Greenbank from 1948 to 1951. The Greenbank Annual Church Barbecue is on Friday, July 30. If you have a picnic table to lend to the church please bring it to the church that morning or place the picnic table for pick up on your front lawn with your name and address marked on the bottom.
