They went into that game with a record of 11-2 good for first over- all in the Major Series. The Redmen were still without Shawn Williams and Steve Toll for this game as they were preparing for game two of the World Cup of Lacrosse against the United States. The Canadians lost game one by a score of 16-15 and needed to win game two on Friday night to keep the series alive. The Redmen drew first blood on the scoreboard before the Athletics were Eyes on the prize The league-leading Brooklin Redmen continue their roll towards the post-season and the Mann Cup with an 11-8 victory able to tie the game.
