SERVICE & BUSINESS DIRECTORY Phone 985-7383 ® Fax 985-3708 Braeden May sc scores six to lead { Port Perry Printing over Re/Max ~The first game of the new year played between Port Perry Printing and ReMax was an exciting, high scoring match that ended 8-3 in favor of the Port Perry Printing squad. Braeden May led the Port Perry Printing team with six goals while Evan Hill led his squad with all three markers. Braeden got his first about two-and- a-half minutes into the game after a scramble in front of his own net. Braeden's second goal came when Connor Paterson dumped the puck up the boards to clear the puck. Braeden jumped on it for a clear breakaway and a 2-0 lead. Evan Hill got ReMax back in the game when he finally found the net after a goal mouth scramble. Braeden completed the natural hat trick when he put his team back on top by two just thirty seconds later on a short handed goal. Evan Hill notched his second on a shot from the face-off which ricocheted off the goalie's stick and found the net to make it 3-2. Port Perry scored again on a great play by Mitchell Hall to keep the puck in the opponents' zone. Michael Foster picked the puck up in the corner and passed in front to Braeden who fired it in for his fourth of the game. Carl Suggitt made it 5-2 a minute later when he and Jordan Reville combined on a beautiful two-on- one. The score became 5-3 shortly thereafter when Evan executed his own hat trick after being set up nicely by Wes MacDonald and Jeff Dougherty. Port Perry finished off the ReMax team by scoring three unanswered goals. Braeden May scored his fifth and sixth of the game. With just 4.6 seconds remaining Greg Jackson completed the scoring.
