This system lets hunters both purchase a Resident's Deer Licence and enter the Antlerless Deer Draw with one phone call. The telephone licensing system allows hunters to apply from a touch-tone telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week from June 15 until the draw entry deadline of 11:55 pm. (EDT) Monday, July 31.
