Electors may examine the list to ensure the accuracy of their names and other pertinent information. Pursuant to Section 24, of the Municipal Elections Act 1996, a person may make application during the period that begins on Tuesday, September 5, 2000 and ends at the close of voting, November 13, 2000, to add or remove their name from the voters' list or amend related information. Pursuant to Section 25 of the Municipal Elections Act 1996, a person may make application during that period that begins on Tuesday, September 5, 2000 and ends on Friday, October 13, 2000, requesting that another person's name be removed from the voters list.
