Arena Attendant $18.10/hour 40 hours/week The Scugog Recreational Complex is seeking a Facility Attendant to carry out the day to day maintenance and operational needs of the arena, which includes ice making and resurfac- ing duties. The position requires a strong mechanical aptitude to perform general build- ing and equipment repairs. The individual will also perform direct supervision of part time and event staff. During the downtime of the arena operations the individual may be required to assist in park operation. The successful applicant will have a good knowledge base of ammonia refrigeration sys- tems, hold a Class B Refrigeration Certificate and have a minimum of three years experience in a multi-purpose arena environment. The suc- cessful applicant will also have a minimum grade twelve education or equivalent, a class G drivers licence, First Aid and CPR training.
