PROGRESS DIRECTORY Helen's Fashion Helen's Fashion, 42 King St. W., is a branch of Helen's Fashion Centre, 2622' Eglinton Ave. W., Toronto. It is owned by Mrs. Helen Roetsch, 12 Blandor- man Dr., Toronto. It specializes in ladies coats, suits, dresses, skirts and blouses. However they do carry lines of lingerie, hand bags, etc. (See Advertisement on Page 12A) Hill-Cornish Electrical Co. Hill-Cornish Electric Co., established in 1943, is the successor to Bowra Electric. They have built up a reputation as one of Oshawa's lead ng indus- trial and commercial electric contractors. The warehouse and off ces are located at 50 Brent St., with an additional warehouse on Elmgrove Ave. This firm, with a staff of 50 trained men, handles electrical installations in schools, factories and stores. (See Advertisement on Fage 18B) Henry Birk & Sons Ltd. Jewellers The Oshawa branch of Henry Birk and Sons Jewellers was opened on Nov. 1st, 1956, at the Oshawa shopping centre. They carry a complete line of silver, china, handbags, leather goods, men's gifts and are especially noted for their fine dia- monds which they buy overseas and set here in Canada. Birks have stores located in every major centre right across Canada ard by virtue of their quantity buying are able to offer their customers first quality goods at reasonable prices.
