He is also the most colorful, most controversial and probably the most non-confused man in Ontario politics to- day. Mr. Macaulay, at 38, is a man with an aim. He intends to be Prime Minister of Ontario. From there, who knows? But Ontario premier, definitely. In Ontario politics, in. recent years not noted for either fire or color, he amounts to something spectacular.
