Driver Fined $25 For Carelessness In Whithy Traffic Court on Tuesday Magistrate A. S. Mitchell found a Whitby man guilty of a careless driving charge, OPP Constable C. C. McDonald he investigated an accident on the 401 Hignway at the Brock| road intersection, which involved| one car, driven by Robert Charles White, 311 Byrom street north, | Whitby. !
