A) PUMPKIN CHIFFON PIE beaten egg yolks 4 cup brown sugar 2 cups cooked pumpkin 2 cup milk tsp. salt tsp. cinnamon tsp. nutmeg envelope gelatin 4 cup cold water stiffly beaten egg whites cup granulated white sugar Combine the egg yolks, brown sugar, pumpkin, milk, salt and spices. Cook in double boiler until thick stirring constantly. Soak gelatin in cold water, then stir into hot mixture, chill until partly set. Beat egg whites, add sugar and beat untill stiff.
