Here it Is served with tomatoes that have been hollowed and stuffed with fish salad mixture, JELLIED SALAD (Or Dessert) tin (20 oz.) chunk pineapple tin Bingo cherries (red pitted) 2 pkgs. Cherry Jello Drain pineapple and cherries well. Dissolve 2 packages Jello in 1% cups boiling water. Add 2] 1 1 cups of the fruit juice to Jello and pour over the pineapple and cherries. Put in a ring mould and fill centre with cottage cheese. If you use as a dessert, use slightly more juice to make a thinner jelly. Serve with whipped cream. Serves 10 people. Mrs. E. C, H.
