SUFFICIENT FUNDS When this sum is combined with grants to be received from the federal and provincial gov ernments and donations by the city and the county, there should be sufficient funds to meet all costs. New facilities in the wing will include suitably planned and equipped quarters for some of the services now being conducted in departments intended for other purposes.
