Hugh John Hunsdale (25) of 93 Adelaide street, Oshawa, was given the two-year sentence for breaking and entering and two months were tacked on for tak- ing a car (police cruiser) with- out the owner's consent. Hunsdale pleaded guilty to both charges. Sgt. Gerald Robinson testified Hunsdale was caught while breaking into the County Sports Store at 12.15 a.m. on August 22. A Port Hope citizen passing through town--James L. Gardi- ner -- nabbed Hunsdale. The accused said Sgt. Robin- son crashed through a window at the Sports Store in his bid to escape. No property was stolen and damage to the window was estimated to be $10. Hunsdale drove away in the Game police car, testified Sgt. Robin- son while Ugt.
