. Blackstock News At a recent Directors' meet ing of the Blackstock Agri cultural Society many plans were finalized for the annual Blackstock Fair to be held on Saturday, August 28. Prize lists which arg available from the secretary, Mrs Gerald Kelly were distribut ed. One error was noted -- The Durham County Milk Committee Class has pear in the list. The M.C for this year's fair is to be Mr. Rex Hughes of Arthur Ontario. There will be two dances in the evening--one in the Rec. Centre and the other in the Arena. Winners of the 1970 Bal- loon-fly-a-thon have been an- nounced -- ist--balloon was returned from Plum Island on the end of Long Island, New York State. The win- ning balloon number is 3. Second prize was sent by No. 130 and landed in New Bri- tain, Connecticut while Bal- loon 153 which landed at Manlius, New York receives third prize.
