Thomson 205 and V, Burr 204, Female Harder To Deal With WINNIPEG (CP) -- In some ways, female alcoholics are harder to deal with than male alcoholics, says a _ Salvation Army worker. "They are more secretive about their trouble and are able to do more secret drink- ing when they are home alone during the day," Capt. Bert Morgan said, "They have problems differ- ent from those of men, and are more emotionally upset when discussing their problems." Capt. Morgan, who has worked with the Salvation Army in Washington and Tor- onto, and Capt. William Leslie of Vancouver were among guests at the opening of the Harbor Light Centre, a re- habilitation headquarters here for alcoholics. The Salvation Army has emergency centres in Van- couver and Toronto for women alcoholics but is concerned about the growing number of such problem drinkers and drug jaddicts and is about the need for more facilities.
