This was in place of the usual monthly business meeting. The supper was pre- pared and served by the Ladies' Auxiliary of Glenholme School. Gifts were exchanged and. sing- ing and dancing followed for the remainder of the evening. Mrs. Vince Montgomery entertained at the piano. The president, Mrs. George Day, expressed thanks to the Auxiliary and to Mrs. Montgomery for an enjoy- able evening. The Oshawa Lionettes held their December meeting at the home of Mrs. Rufus Lambert. The president, Mrs. Robert Schoenau, presided for a short business meeting at which it was decided to assist two needy families at Christmas. Mrs. Ray Stephenson and Mrs. Ted Watt provided the entertainment in which al] members participated. After buffet refreshments served by the hostess and mem: bers Christmas gifts were ex- changed.
