(AP) A bright, expansive technical school in this industrial centre 30 miles east of Montreal, is supplying a steady stream of trained personnel to the textile industry, one of the province's largest employers of manufac- turing labor. The Textile Institute of Que- bec has been graduating an av- erage of 25 men a year since 1949, most of them French-Ca- nadians.
