She was born in County Derry, Ireland, and married Mr. McCloskey at Dun- given, Ireland, in 1925. A member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Whitby, Mrs. McClos- key was very active, prior to her illness, in the work of the church. He is survived by his wife, the former Marjorie Toole, whom he married at Newmar- ket and a daughter, Donna.
