Darby, The convener, Mrs. John Meinychuk, welcomed everyone on_ behalf of the League and introduced Father Darby, prior to declar- ing the bazaar open, Father con- gratulated the Grade I students of St. Gertrude's School on the wonderful effort and work they put into the masks, which were used as part of the decorations. He called the boys and girls to the. stage where each one was given a small gift of candy and the winner from each class was announced; They were Dean Oullette and Al Lacroix, each receiving a small prize from the League.
