AGNES BROWN The death of Mrs. Agnes Brown, a@ Hillsdale Manor resi- dent for the past four years, occurred Monday at the Osh- awa General Hospital. She had been in failing health for sev- eral years and was in her 6lst year. She. was born in Brougham, Ont., the daughter of the late Mr, and Mrs. Robert Brown. Mrs. Brown had been a resi- dent of Oshawa for 38 years. The deceased was an adher- ent of King Street United Church, and a member of the Independent Order of Foresters. She was predeceased by her husband, the late Edward Brown, in 1957. Surviving relatives two sisters, Mrs. Stanley Gomme (Margaret), Marjorie, and a brother, Ray, all of Osh- awa.
