(AP) -- The mother of a high school student accuses school officials of using psychological tests to snoop on her family's private life. But New Jérsey state educa- tion officials say no snooping is involved and that the tests help plan a better school cur- riculum. The controversy started when Mrs. John J. Bannigan wrote to the governor and the state commissioner of education.
