Gordon McLean also testified he never conspired with Mr. Cramp about a NONG fran- chise for Orillia and that he never knew of anyone else so conspiring. . Mr. McLean was testifying under protection of the Canada Evidence Act at the third day of Mr. Cramp's trial.
