YOUNG A resident of Oshawa for 46 years, William John Young, 40 Emma st., died Sept. 22 at the Oshawa General Hospital. He was in his 78th year. A son of the late John and Elizabeth Young, the d was born at Elgin, Ont., and was married at St. Catharines in 1919. Prior to his retirement in 1955, Mr. Young was an em- ployee of General Motors for 38 years. He was a member of Gananoque Lodge, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Mr. Young is survived by his wife, the former Mabel Wal- ker; 4@ son, Otto, of Oshawa and two grandchildren.
