The youth was arrested after he gave himself up to a psy- chiatrist. He was to appear in, juvenile court Monday on five counts of delinquency. Police said the slaying of most of the Osborne Kosberg family was one of the most tra- gic multiple murders in the city's history. Kosberg and his wife were found in bed. Their two-year: old son Vincent was on the floor beside the bed. Osborne Jr., six months, in a crib in the same room, was spared. The body of Gayle, 11, and Marianne, 13, who was severely injured, were in another bed- room.
