Chesher, on behalf of the Trent Valley Association of First Baptist Ohurchs and Rev A. R. Goldie, on behalf of the commencea with laymen in charge. This practice continued for two years. Then in 1962 the congregation called William Lewis, a second year student at McMaster Divinity College, to be their student pastor. After Mr. Lewis' graduation and ordina- tion he has continued as full- time minister. In 1963 the con- gregation moved to Harmony Road Public School which was more central to the area it serves being only a block from the new building. The building committee --_ up of C, Taylor, G.
