In his 70th year he had been seriously ili for the past three weeks. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bullen and was born in Wisbech, Cam- bridgeshire, England. He lived in Manchester, Eng- At land, for several years. He was married there to Catherine Noo- nan. Mr. Bullen moved to Oshawa 43 years ago. He was an em- ployee at General Motors for 37 years before retiring in ab.|March of last year. He was a member of the UAWA, the Old Country Club of Oshawa, the Senior Citizens. A veteran of the First World War he was an adherent of St. Mat- thews Anglican Church. He is survived by his wife Catherine. He was predeceased by a daughter, Helen Louise; 'ir 70 B-A APPOINTMENT W.
