Brooklin – Mr. W. H. Elviss, who has conducted a flour and feed milling business here for the past fourteen years, has disposed of his business, as will be seen elsewhere in this column, and wishes to thank the public for their generous support during his business career here. Mr. Elviss’ many friends will be pleased to know that he and his family will remain here for a time at least.

Mr. Lorne W. Ferguson, of Woodville, has purchased the mill from Mr. W. H. Elviss and took possession on Wednesday morning (Dec. 8). Mr. Ferguson comes to Brooklin well recommended in this line of business, and we feel sure he will come up to the mark of his predecessor. He has moved his family here and will occupy the house just vacated by Mr. Gourlay.
