Shcherbatiuk sends a picture of a design for a memorial to the victims of the Holodomor in 1933 that took the lives of his grandfather Herasym Zadorozhny, other relatives, and 650 residents of his native village of Lozovata, in Teplyk raion, Vinnytsia oblast.


He also encloses a copy of a letter he sent to the Kyiv Municipal Prosecutor’s Office about opening a case against Lazar Kaganovich as responsible for organizing the famine and causing the death of his relatives. He uses the term “genocide.”
