Mykhailiuk is a 24-year-old engineer who recorded recollections about the Famine from his grandmother Maria Semenets and his grandfather Ivan Mykhailiuk.
Both mostly recall the search brigades who took away all foodstuffs, the dead and half-dead buried in silage ditches and mass graves, and cases of cannibalism. One woman lured children with milk and killed them.
