Letter describes events in 1932-1933 in: Mykhailivka and Odradove, Pervomaisky raion, Kharkiv oblast
Current location name: Mykhailivka amd Odradove, Pervomaisky raion, Kharkiv oblast
Elena (Olena) Bocharnikova-Pavlenko's father, Anton Bocharnikov, was a nurse-practicioner (feldsher) for the villages of Mykhailivka, Odradove and Krasyve in Pervomaisky raion in Kharkiv oblast between 1900-53.
Their family lived in Odradove and her father's location hospital (medpunkt) was in Mykhailivka.

He was visiting every home on his way to medpunkt during the Holodomor to check whether people were dead or alive and report deaths to the village council before the dead could be buried. He witnessed people loosing their minds and cannibalizing children or killing pets for food.

Bocharnikova-Pavlenko also recalls that her father treated the wounded during WWII and hid(from the German forces) some Mykhail Danylovych Rusanovsky.
His name is mentioned in the Russian database about the Red/Soviet army servicemen serving in WWII. https://pamyat-naroda.ru/heroes/podvig-chelovek_nagrazhdenie10925478/
