The 90-minute producton is for adults and youth and includes humour, juggling, linguistic philosophy and poetry. Admission is free although a freewill offering will be sought. About 6,800 distinct languages are spoken on earth but 2,600 still have to be put into the world's best selling book. The Spread the Word Theatre group is from Wycliffe Bible Translators of Canada. In 70 years Wycliffe has been involved in about 600 translations but says more than 380 million people, mainly in Africa and Asia, still need a Bible in their language.
