Library sees circulation soar Circulation of materials at the Acton and Georgetown branches of the Halton Hills Public Library at the end of 2006 was up 14.4 per cent from the previous year. "Last year was already a recordbreaker at 14.6 per cent, now we are looking at a very impressive two-year increase of 29 per cent," said Library Director Jane Diamanti. Borrowing has been increasing steadily since 2000 (up 49 per cent), with the largest jumps occurring between 2003 and 2006.
