Kentner to represent Halton Hills on Conservation Halton board Brian Penman was acclaimed as Conservation Halton's board chair at its inaugural meeting recently. The position isn't a new one for Penman, who served as the Conservation Halton (CH) board chair last year. In total, he has been a director for 27 years including 11 as chair. John Vice, a citizen appointee from Burlington, was acclaimed as vice chair. He's been on the board for three years.
