M - W 10-6, Th - F 10 - 8, Sat 10-5 Police blotter Man seen exposing himself in park Halton Police are looking for a man who was sitting in Prospect Park naked from the waist down Sunday afternoon. At about 3:20 p.m. a Georgetown woman saw the man sitting on a bench in an isolated area of the park. Police say the woman saw the man put his shorts on before walking through a more populated area of the park. Before leaving, police say the man was seen speaking with two boys aged 12 to 14. He then left on foot in an unknown direction. The man is described as white, 5'8" to 5'10", approximately 40 years old, with a medium build and dark, short, curly hair. He was cleanshaven with a medium-coloured complexion. He was wearing a red sweatshirt, a black tshirt and black shorts. Police say the man appeared to have a slightly hunched back while he was walking. Police urge parents to warn their children that if a man meeting the above description approaches them they should immediately seek out another adult. Anyone with information about the man is asked to call Halton Police at 905-878-5511 ext. 2415 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222TIPS. The two boys who were seen speaking to the man are also asked to contact police. ··· A $1,400 Stihl gas chainsaw was taken from a storage bin at a construction site on Gamble St., Georgetown sometime between Friday and Monday (April 20-23). ··· A Diamondback mountain bike, tools and golf clubs were taken from a garage at a Lasby Lane home some time late Saturday or early Sunday.
