Sometime between midnight and 8 a.m. on August 8, vandals removed a plaque valued at $700 from the memorial garden at Rotary Park, 24 Elizabeth Dr. The plaque, dedicated in the memory of Max MacSween, is bronze and approximately 11" X 14" in size. Several large plants from the garden were also pulled out and scattered throughout the park. Total damage was valued at $300. If you have any information that leads to an arrest in this or any other matter, you may be eligible for a cash reward. You will never have to give your name or testify in court. The vehicles were in a locked fenced area. The fence was cut to gain entry and the vehicles left on blocks. The tires and rims are valued at $2,400.
