HALL, William Richard (Bill) Surrounded by his family, Bill died peacefully in his home in Shrewsbury just three days before his 87th birthday. In his life, Bill was a World War II Veteran and a Stationary Engineer but most importantly he was the loving father of Rick Hall (Karen), Bob Hall, Judy Fraser (Dave Eskritt), Jim Hall (Linda) and Ka- tie Davies.
